Service Description
🌳 Build Your Bash - $599 -Enjoy 2 hours of exclusive access to Mapletown’s play areas and party room -Personalize the space with your own decorations -Use the party room TV to display any content you like, or use our standard birthday banner -Bring your own food and drinks to enjoy. (Finger foods and snacks only, please. No warmers or buffet-style setups) -Cakes or cupcakes are welcome This package accommodates up to 18 children. For every additional little guest, a fee of $18 will apply $150 non-refundable deposit required at booking Note: Availability for Character Visits (30 min or 1 hour) and Balloon Twisting is limited and will be confirmed by phone after your booking is received. Our team will contact you shortly to confirm performer availability and finalize this part of your event.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling • Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the event, or the card on file will be charged the remaining balance. • In the event of weather or other “acts of God,” parties may be rescheduled if notice is given at least 72 hours before the event. Rescheduled parties must be booked within 90 days of the original date.
