Celebration Guidelines

Set-Up & Clean-Up

  • Maple Mini Bash: Enjoy 15 minutes before your party to set up decorations and prepare.

  • Build Your Bash & Join the Joy: Enjoy 30 minutes before your party to set up decorations and prepare.

  • After your celebration, you’ll have 15 minutes to collect your items and enjoy a smooth send-off. Additional time beyond this will incur a fee.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the event, or the card on file will be charged the remaining balance.

  • In the event of weather or other “acts of God,” parties may be rescheduled if notice is given at least 72 hours before the event. Rescheduled parties must be booked within 90 days of the original date.

Food & Drink

  • Guests are welcome to bring snacks, drinks, cakes, or cupcakes, which must remain inside the party room. Buffet-style setups or any food outside the party room are not allowed.

Piñatas

  • Only pull-string piñatas are allowed. Traditional “hit” piñatas with sticks or bats are not allowed inside the play space.

Outside Vendors

  • All outside vendors, including entertainers, food services, or activities, must be pre-approved by Mapletown.

  • Certain services, such as face painting, are not permitted for safety and cleanliness.

Waivers

  • A signed waiver is required for every child, including infants.

  • Guests are welcome to sign waivers online in advance for faster check-in.

Cleaning & Decorations

  • Trash bags will be provided; please help by placing all trash inside and keeping tables and floors clear of food and decorations.

  • Only painter’s tape may be used for wall decorations.

  • No confetti or face painting is allowed.

  • Food and drinks are not allowed in the play areas.

  • Mapletown staff will handle toys, and all provided decorations.

  • If using a decorator, please ensure all decorations are removed within the 15-minute grace period. Items left behind will be considered forfeited.
