Service Description
• Up to 10 children • 2 hours of exclusive access to our party room • 2 hours of open play for all guests • 15 minutes of set-up time before your party • Personalize the party room with your own decorations • Use the party room TV to display any content you like, or use our standard birthday banners • Bring your own snacks and drinks to enjoy (no buffet-style set-ups) • Cake or cupcakes are welcome $100 non-refundable deposit required at booking If you’d like to host additional guests beyond your package limit of 10 kids and 20 adults, please let us know by emailing us at info@mapletownkids.com. Additional fees will apply. For any guests beyond the number confirmed with us, we kindly follow our occupancy limits and can only welcome additional arrivals as space allows to keep everyone safe and comfortable. **Tue – Thur:** $299 Note: Availability for Character Visits (30 min or 1 hour) and Balloon Twisting is limited and will be confirmed by phone after your booking is received. Our team will contact you shortly to confirm performer availability and finalize this part of your event.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling • Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the event, or the card on file will be charged the remaining balance. • In the event of weather or other “acts of God,” parties may be rescheduled if notice is given at least 72 hours before the event. Rescheduled parties must be booked within 90 days of the original date.
